Beur TV (Beur TV) or the Mediterranean channel is an Algerian channel with a Mediterranean-Maghreb character that broadcasts from France. This channel is subject to French law, its main headquarters are in the French capital Paris and a branch headquarters in Annaba and has offices in Algeria, including in the neighborhood of "clarval" in Algiers and another in the city of Tizi Ouzou in the Kabylie region. The channel is owned by an Algerian businessman, Mr. Reda muhikini, who owns 80 percent of its shares, while the remaining 20 percent is owned by the channel's Manager, Mr. Nasser Kattan, who was previously the owner of the channel and relinquished it for financial reasons. The channel obtained its broadcasting license for the first time in 2001, where it was aimed at Algerians residing in France, it was expanded to be a channel for all maghrebians residing in Europe and started broadcasting on April 1, 2003. After being hit by financial crises for long periods. Ownership passed to the new owner, Reza mohiqani, and the channel officially started broadcasting in its new form on August 1, 2011, corresponding to 1 Ramadan 1432 Ah.
