Channel 13 (stylized as thirteen.) is a Colombian free-to-air television channel with regional coverage, specializing in cultural programming. It was launched in 1998 as Teveandina by the governments of 14 departments of the country. As a public television station, it is owned by the Colombian government and its operations are managed by the RTVC Public Media System.
