WMNS-LD, virtual and UHF digital channel 22, is a low-powered CBS-affiliated television station serving the United States Virgin Islands that is licensed to Charlotte Amalie, Saint Thomas. Owned by V.I. Christian Ministries, Inc., it is sister to low-power religious stations W26EF-D (channel 26) and W39DP-D (channel 39) in Christiansted. Lilly Broadcasting, which owns WSEE-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania, operates WMNS-LD under a local marketing agreement (LMA). WMNS-LD's transmitter is located atop Hawk Hill.
