Channel Five is a Soviet and Russian federal television channel with a broadcasting center from St. Petersburg and the oldest of all TV channels. It is the successor of Leningrad Television, later GTRK "Petersburg" Channel Five – a powerful television brand operating in leading positions throughout Russia.
