La Chaine normande (LCN) is a French local television channel available on TNT since October 14, 2011. Faithful to its objective of developing local channels on TNT, the Higher Audiovisual Council (CSA) announced in August 2010 the launch of 5 new local channels on TNT in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Normandy and the Pays de la Loire. The new projects selected are TV Côte d'Opale in Boulogne and Dunkirk, La Chaîne Normande in Rouen and Neufchâtel-en-Bray, Normandie TV in Cherbourg, LM TV Orne in Alençon and Ma télé in Laval.
