Volgograd Municipal Television ("MTV") has the personnel and technical capacities to produce a high-quality software product. More than 50% of the channel's airtime is occupied by programs and projects of its own production. Creative groups consisting of the author, presenter, producer, director, videographers and engineers are working on their creation, which allows us to talk about the full cycle of production - from the stage of working out the idea to the broadcast. The channel airs informational and analytical programs that allow you to navigate well in the political and public life of the city, region, and Russia. There are also entertainment programs that help to relax and gain positive emotions.
