Regional Television (OTV) is a state TV channel that broadcasts in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region. It was founded in 1997. "Regional Television" is broadcast around the clock in 105 localities of the region, in 60 of them the TV channel has its own transmitting stations.
