El Pingüino is a Chilean newspaper, of a local character, edited and printed in the city of Punta Arenas, capital of the Magallanes Region and of the Chilean Antarctica. It is owned by Patagonica Publicaciones S.A., and is part of the National Press Association. Its headquarters is located at Avenida España 959, where the historic "Chalet Milward" is located, the place where Ernest Shackleton stayed after being rescued on his expedition to Antarctica.
