Seim is the Kursk regional television and radio broadcasting company. The Kursk regional TV channel "Seim" broadcasts on its own terrestrial TV frequencies with a network partner - "MIR 24". Since February 1, 2017, it has been a mandatory public TV channel in the Kursk region. It is available to viewers in packages of all cable operators of the region on "21 buttons", in IP TV.
