Telecafé is a Colombian free-to-air television channel, created in 1992. The canal covers the departments of Caldas, Quindío and Risaralda. It broadcasts 24 hours a day of programming, most of it educational and cultural. It broadcasts from the Coffee Triangle, and has studios in the cities of Manizales, Armenia and Pereira.
