In 1990, the TV station with the current name "Thrakheet" began broadcasting in Alexandroupolis. In the course of time, the station was upgraded and transferred to privately owned facilities of the journalistic organization Kondyli A.E., in the center of Alexandroupolis. With modern machinery and highly trained staff, it has managed to be constantly at the center of developments and with extremely high levels of viewership throughout the region of Thrace.
