Loire 7 television, the television of the Loire. Télévision Loire 7 (TL7) is a private French local generalist television channel broadcast in the Loire department, in particular in Saint-Étienne. The AB7 Television channel (Andrézieux-Bouthéon 7), authorized by the CSA on November 25, 2003 to broadcast a program in the Loire department, has asked to adopt the name TL7 (the name of the publishing association becoming Loire 7 Television) and to use another broadcasting site than the one originally planned. The Council, by decision of 7 September 2004, decided to grant these requests
