TV-4 is a regional infotainment TV channel in the Ternopil region. On September 16, 1991, the programs of TV-4, the first commercial terrestrial TV company in the region with the status of a regional one, were broadcast. The signal also partially covers the neighboring Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions. In addition, the signal is transmitted by cable TV operators and operators of the Mitris system.
