Television Ružinov was established in 1996 under the name TV RIK. It was founded by the municipal district of Ružinov as a local television focused on informing about current events in Ružinov. The television started by broadcasting a videotext and gradually its programme was enriched with new programmes. It developed into a local television with a wide broadcasting offer and 24 hours a day broadcasting. Since 2012 it has been broadcasting via UPC digital, Magio and Fibernet.
