It was established on 1 December 1995 and is available free of charge, exclusively via satellite, with cable retransmission for interested Romanian communities. TVR International is the bridge between Romania and Romanians abroad. It provides relevant information about what is happening in the country and about fellow citizens in other parts of the world.
