UATV, or Universidad Autónoma de Chile Televisión, is a Chilean television channel based in Temuco, capital of the Araucanía Region, a city located in the south of Chile. It was born on December 16, 2001, under the name of Canal 2 Temuco. Currently on its open signal, it reaches a large part of Araucanía through signal 2, on channel 11 of the VTR cable for Temuco. It can also be seen from Concepción to Coyhaique on signal 34 on Telefónica del Sur. In the Metropolitan Region it is also seen on signal 34 by the company GTD Manquehue.
