Nova is a Spanish free-to-air television channel, belonging to Atresmedia Corporación, which broadcasts via DTT and on the pay-TV platforms Movistar+ and Vodafone TV. Its regular broadcasts began on November 30, 2005 with the name of Antena.Nova (read Nova point Antenna). On Friday, August 6, 2010, he changed his former name to the current one. The daily programming is oriented towards the conventional audience and the weekend programming, towards a more familiar audience. Its main competitor is the Divinity thematic channel, owned by Mediaset España Comunicación.
