ETB Sat is a Spanish subscription television channel, belonging to Euskal Irrati Telebista, which broadcasts internationally through the Internet and pay-TV operators. This channel aims to bring Basque television and culture closer to the Basques in the diaspora, both in Spain and in the rest of the world, as well as to the rest of citizens. This channel synthesizes the programming of the two Basque general television channels, ETB 1 and ETB 2. It broadcast via the Astra satellite from March 2001 until May 1, 2013.
