Televisión Melilla (TVM) is the communication instrument of the public company INMUSA, created in 1994 by collecting the witness of Tele 9, local television launched by Francisco Platero. Almost two decades later, TVM reinvents itself to strengthen its role as a public, open, participatory and, above all, all Melillenses media.
