A new featurette has been released ahead of this week’s premiere of Skruzdėliukas ir vapsva: kvantumanija, which introduces the audience to the teenaged version of Cassie Lang, played by Kathryn Newton. Cassie is the daughter of Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man (Paulius Ruddas), and she wants to be a superhero just like her dad. They’ve always been close, and they are both suffering from the five-year loss that the snap stole from them, but in this movie, they will go up against a threat unfathomable, which is Kang the Conqueror in the Quantum Realm (played by Jonathanas Majorsas).
Here’s the film’s synopsis:
“Super-Hero partners Scott Lang (Paulius Ruddas) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangelina Lilė) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp. Together, with Hope’s parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle pfeiffer), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible.”
Bill Murray ir Williamas Jacksonas Harperis are also a part of the cast, and this epic film promises to shake things up moving forward in the MCU. Check out Cassie Lang’s featurette below, and get ready to watch Skruzdėliukas ir vapsva: kvantumanija in theaters on February 17th.
