Extremadura Channel, the television and radio of all Extremadurans. Canal Extremadura Televisión is the commercial name of the regional television of Extremadura. The Sociedad Pública de Televisión Extremeña, S.A.U. was created on March 27, 2005. Both Canal Extremadura Televisión and Canal Extremadura Radio, the regional radio station, belong to the Extremadura Audiovisual Media Corporation (CEXMA) created by Law 4/2000. Since 2011 it has been part of a single company, the Sociedad Pública de Radiodifusión y Televisión Extremeña SAU, which brings together television and radio.
